Third Link Investment Managers Pty Limited

Third Link Investment Managers Pty Limited (Third Link) has been appointed by Treasury Group Investment Services (TIS) to invest and manage the investments of the Fund. It does not carry on any other business. Third Link holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 321611).

Third Link is a private company founded by Chris Cuffe who is the sole director. The shares of the company are owned by a private trust for which Chris is sole trustee and appointor. The beneficiary of the private trust is the Christopher Cuffe Foundation which has been established to facilitate charitable giving.

All fees received by Third Link Investment Managers Pty Limited from managing the Fund’s investments, net of expenses incurred, are donated to Social Ventures Australia Limited (SVA), an Australian based non-profit organisation.

Third Link Investment Managers Pty Limited may decide at some future point in time to cease donating some or all of its net fees to SVA, in which case it is intended they will then be donated to other non-profit organisations with deductible gift recipient status.

Chris Cuffe does not earn any fees or salary or any other financial benefit from his involvement with Third Link. He is an Executive Director and salaried employee of SVA.

Should Chris one day cease his involvement with the Third Link Growth Fund (for example, for health reasons, if he ceases to be a director of Third Link or if Third Link ceases to hold an Australian Financial Services Licence) then TIS (the responsible entity for the Fund) will appoint another appropriately qualified investment manager. TIS may terminate the appointment of Third Link with twelve months written notice providing this is approved by a resolution passed at a meeting of unitholders
