Responsible Entity for the Fund
Bennelong Funds Management develops and distributes active funds locally and around the globe, offering high-grade investment solutions to institutions, financial advisers and direct investors. Bennelong has a proud history of identifying and partnering with quality boutique asset managers who invest in Australian equities (small and large caps), market neutral and absolute return hedge funds, global equities, listed global infrastructure and listed global real estate. As a holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence, Bennelong is the Responsible Entity (RE) for all its asset management team’s funds and is also the RE for the Third Link Growth Fund.
Bennelong is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bangarra Group (formerly known as the Bennelong Group), a privately owned company encompassing a number of independent businesses. Bennelong’s philanthropic agenda is demonstrated through their ongoing support of and alignment with the Group’s charitable arm, the Bennelong Foundation.

Custodian and administrator of the Fund
RBC Investor Services Trust (RBC) is the custodian and administrator for the Fund. RBC is owned by Royal Bank of Canada. It provides global custody, fund and pension administration, securities lending, shareholder services, analytics and other related services. With USD 2.8 trillion in client assets under administration, RBC ranks among the world’s top 10 global custodians. Headquartered in London, RBC has over 5,200 employees who serve clients from offices in 16 countries.
