Evolution Trustees Limited (ETL) as responsible entity (Responsible Entity) of the Third Link Growth Fund (ARSN: 130 165 552) (“TLGF”) advises unitholders that the auditor of the Compliance Plan of TLGF will change as follows::
Outgoing Auditor: Ernst & Young
Incoming Auditor: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
Reason for Change: Consolidation of Compliance Plan audit arrangements to ensure consistency across the registered schemes where ETL acts as Responsible Entity.
The change of auditors will be effective as at the date of this notice.
